Influencer Firm DBA Acquires Creator-Founded V1sion Ventures

Digital Brand Architects (DBA), the creator talent management firm, is acquiring V1sion Ventures, a boutique talent management company founded by content creator Alina Benun. The deal reflects continued M&A activity in the influencer economy as agencies consolidate creator rosters and expand into adjacent services.

Terms were not disclosed. The combined business is expected to bring a wider range of brand partnership, licensing, and content production capabilities to a growing roster of creators across lifestyle, fashion, and entertainment verticals.
