Flipkart and Mondelēz Tie a Rakhi on Q-Commerce
Flipkart Minutes, Mondelēz International and Leo India mark Rakshabandhan with a heartfelt film celebrating sibling bonds — and the 30-minute delivery that saves the day when the sweets run out.

Rakshabandhan advertising has a formula — sibling nostalgia, a gift, a lump in the throat. Flipkart and Mondelēz International just added a new ingredient: speed.
The Walmart-owned e-commerce giant''s quick-commerce arm, Flipkart Minutes, has teamed with the snacking giant and agency Leo India on a festive film celebrating sibling bonds, directed by Mithun R Shaw and produced by Ashish Gole. The creative pairs the emotional register of the festival — the rakhi thread, the sweets, the ritual — with the practical promise that a forgotten gift is now a half-hour problem, not a catastrophe.
For Mondelēz International, whose Cadbury Celebrations boxes are practically festive currency in India, the tie-up is distribution disguised as sentiment: q-commerce is now a top-of-funnel channel worth building campaigns around, not just a checkout option. For Flipkart, the film puts Minutes on the cultural calendar as its quick-commerce war with Zepto, Blinkit and Instamart moves from speed claims to brand building.
Expect more festival slots to look like this — emotional storytelling with a delivery timer quietly ticking underneath.
