Jack Morton Finally Gives Itself a New Look After Its Impact XM Merger
Nine months after merging with Impact XM, the experiential agency unveiled a new global identity built around "Experience Without Limits," including a reworked version of its classic three-faces mark.

Jack Morton took its time, but it finally showed up to its own rebrand. The experiential agency unveiled a new global brand identity on Tuesday, nearly a year after merging with Impact XM, built around the positioning "Experience Without Limits."
The new identity includes a reworked visual system and a reimagined version of the agency's long-running three-faces symbol, now connected into a single mark instead of three separate ones. The agency now counts more than 1,000 experts across 20 locations worldwide, delivers roughly 35 brand experiences a day, and counts 10 of the world's top 20 technology companies and a third of leading life sciences brands as clients.
CEO Jared Pollacco framed the rebrand as the visual capstone of the merger itself, saying it created "one global team bringing every craft together under one roof." Erik McKinney, the agency's Head of Creative for North America, took a dig at how most rebrands get announced: "Most companies launch a brand with a new logo, a new color palette, and a new set of guidelines." Jack Morton instead built its launch as a set of connected physical and digital experiences for clients, partners, and employees, which, for an agency whose entire business is building experiences, is at least a brand promise it's putting its money where its mouth is on.
The brand framework also leans on a "One Partner. Endless Possibilities." promise, nearly nine decades of agency history, and a new vision and mission statement. Whether "Experience Without Limits" differentiates Jack Morton from every other agency claiming to be limitless, boundless, or borderless is a separate question entirely.
