Megan Fox Takes an Ownership Stake in the Anti-OnlyFans

Subs.com, the direct-to-fan platform co-founded by OnlyFans's original architect Tim Stokely, just landed its biggest name yet. Megan Fox has taken an ownership stake in the company and launched her own page at subs.com/meganfox, with Stokely framing it less as a celebrity endorsement deal and more as a hire: "Megan isn't simply launching a page on Subs — she has a seat at the table and is helping us build the platform."

Fox's own framing leans into the same ownership logic the platform is selling. "I'm interested in what happens when women own all three," she said, pointing at the three things celebrities have historically had to rent out piece by piece: the platform, the audience, and their own image. Subs.com is betting enough famous people feel the same way, with more boldface names reportedly joining in the coming months.

It's the same pitch that has driven a decade of creator-economy platforms, from Patreon to Substack to OnlyFans itself, just aimed one rung higher up the fame ladder, at people who already have the audience and are being asked to stop subletting it.
