Ritual is launching Creatine Greens, a 3-in-1 powder combining micronized creatine monohydrate, spirulina and chlorella, and freeze-dried leafy greens into a single mango-flavored scoop, priced at $58 and sold direct at Ritual.com. It is the company's second new product category launch in a month, following September's perimenopause supplement, and both moves point the same direction: Ritual is chasing women's health occasions the supplement industry has historically ignored or mispackaged.

CEO Katerina Schneider's framing does the positioning work for her: "We wanted to change who creatine is for. It's spent decades boxed into gym culture, but the women we serve need muscle and metabolic support for everyday life, too." Creatine's mainstream reputation problem has never been efficacy, it is branding: a molecule with some of the best clinical evidence in the supplement aisle, trapped for decades in tubs with cartoon muscles on the label.

Betting on reframing an ingredient rather than inventing one is the cheaper, faster path to a new SKU, and Ritual has the subscription base and the credibility to make the repositioning stick. Whether creatine actually crosses over the way protein and collagen did before it is the bigger industry question this one launch is quietly testing.
