Strava's September update adds a strength muscle map, a Claude connection for subscribers, and pre-installation on Samsung's Galaxy Watch9 and Ultra2 with a 60-day trial, according to The 5K Runner.
Each piece does a different job. The muscle map widens the audience beyond runners and riders. The Claude connection lets subscribers ask questions of their own training data. The Samsung deal puts the app on a wrist from day one.
Together they read like a fitness network becoming an AI-ready platform, one that meets users wherever their data already lives.
