Calvin Klein Found a Second Face for the Same Denim Idea
Sadie Sink fronts the next chapter of Calvin Klein's 'Feel the Fit' Fall 2026 denim campaign, one month after Tate McRae — a serialised approach to celebrity casting.

One campaign, many faces, no reset. Calvin Klein unveiled the next chapter of its Fall 2026 denim platform, **Feel the Fit**, on Tuesday, with Tony-nominated actress Sadie Sink as its new lead — arriving roughly a month after Canadian pop star Tate McRae fronted the previous instalment.
The mechanic matters more than the casting. Rather than launching a fresh idea each time it signs new talent, Calvin Klein is treating Feel the Fit as a running series and swapping the protagonist. Each drop buys a new audience without spending down the equity of the platform itself, and the brand's creative signature — cropped framing, denim as subject rather than styling — stays intact across chapters.
That is a deliberate correction to how celebrity fashion advertising usually behaves. Most houses build a campaign around a person, which means the work expires when the contract does. Calvin Klein, owned by PVH Corp, is doing the reverse: the platform is the asset, and talent is rotating inventory inside it.
Sink's casting also reads as a hedge on age and register. McRae delivers streaming-native pop reach; Sink brings prestige television and Broadway credibility. Same denim, two different rooms.
Denim is the right category for the experiment. It is Calvin Klein's most competitive battleground — against Levi's, Gap and the resurgent premium tier — and the product changes slowly enough that the brand's only real lever is who is wearing it and how the picture is cropped.
