Hinge Health Posts a Record Quarter, and Its President Is Stepping Aside Anyway
Hinge Health's Q3 revenue jumped 52% and the company swung to a profit, even as its president steps down for the board right as the numbers peaked.

Hinge Health just posted its best quarter yet, and used the occasion to shuffle its executive bench anyway. Revenue for the third quarter of 2026 hit $235 million, up 52 percent year over year, while non-GAAP operating margin jumped to 33 percent from 20 percent a year earlier. The digital musculoskeletal-care company swung to a GAAP net income of $57.4 million, versus a $1.8 million loss in the same quarter last year, and free cash flow came in at $112.7 million, a 48 percent margin.
CEO Daniel Perez credited what he called a "record sales season," with clients up 28 percent year over year to 3,270. He singled out the GI Care Program, which is up roughly 40 percent since the company's Cylinder Health acquisition was announced, and a Migraine Care Program that's nearly doubled in a single quarter. The company raised full-year revenue guidance to $879 million to $881 million, a 50 percent increase at the midpoint, and lifted its non-GAAP operating margin target to around 30 percent.
The one wrinkle: President Jim Pursley is stepping down effective January 1, 2027, and moving to the board, with Aaryn Pure stepping up as chief commercial officer. Executive transitions timed to a company's best quarter usually read as planned, not forced, and Hinge Health's framing leans hard into that version of events. Whether investors buy it will depend on whether Pure can keep client growth climbing once the easy comparisons run out.
