Tiffany & Co. Swaps Anya Taylor-Joy for Amanda Seyfried and Shrinks Its Holiday Story Down to One Family
Tiffany & Co.'s 2026 holiday campaign, "Love Is a Gift," trades last year's three-city spectacle for a two-minute short film starring new House ambassador Amanda Seyfried, built around a single heirloom ornament.

Tiffany & Co. has a new face for the holidays, and the brand is betting that smaller is actually bigger this time around. The jeweler named Amanda Seyfried its newest House ambassador and built its 2026 holiday campaign, again titled "Love Is a Gift," around her in a two-minute short film called "You & Me." Where last year's version starred Anya Taylor-Joy across New York, London, and Tokyo, this one stays inside one Upper East Side apartment and follows one family across three generations, all tied together by a single hand-painted ornament inspired by Jean Schlumberger's 1965 Bird on a Rock design.
The film opens on a present-day New York woman discovering a Tiffany Blue Box marked "December '92" in storage, which sends her back to a day in 1992 spent with her mother, played by Seyfried, a choreographer juggling a ballet rehearsal and a stop at Tiffany's holiday windows. The film returns to the present as the grown daughter passes the same ornament to her own child, set to a reworked version of The Wannadies' 1994 single "You and Me Song." Hiring Derek Cianfrance, known for unflinching relationship dramas like Blue Valentine, to direct two minutes of pure unconflicted tenderness is either an inside joke or the smartest casting move in luxury advertising this year, with agency American Haiku's creative director Ben Muckensturm describing the goal as capturing "the excitement of discovering that world as a child, and the joy of sharing it as a parent."
Tiffany is rolling the campaign out across cinemas, paid and organic social, digital out-of-home, and its own channels and in-store clienteling, with no confirmed market list yet. The narrower scope marks a real shift for a brand that used ambassador campaigns to project global scale just last year. "Love Is a Gift" worked well enough with Taylor-Joy that Tiffany kept the name a second year running; now it is betting that one ornament and one family can hit harder than three cities did.
